We are a privately owned, small animal hospital located in Oceanside, CA and pride ourselves on not only providing excellent quality medical care, but also building long term client relationships. Primary responsibilities include: animal care, assisting doctors with patient treatment and surgical procedures. The schedule will include some weekend shifts. Our ideal candidate is reliable, committed to excellent customer service, and is a team player with a caring and compassionate attitude. Veterinary experience is required. Responsibilities include: animal care, assisting technicians and doctors with patient treatment, processing prescriptions, client correspondence, over-the-counter sales, assisting with the care of boarding pets, telephone reception, appointment scheduling, fee collection, and more. The schedule will include weekend shifts. Our ideal candidate is reliable, committed to excellent customer service, and is a team player with a caring and compassionate attitude.
